Our 30-Day Promise

If you're not 100% in love with your order, you can return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

  • Unfortunately, gift cards and sale items are final sale

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@luluandollie.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • A brief reason (just so we can keep getting better!)

We’ll reply with return instructions and shipping details. Easy peasy.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email when it’s all set.

Damaged or Defective Items?

Oh no! That’s not the Lulu & Ollie way. If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or virtual hug.
